Monday through Friday from 7am to 5:30pm, we are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Where do I go when I bring my vehicle in for service?
When bringing your vehicle in for service, please park in the lot at the rear of the building. Please enter
the service entrance located in the rear of the building and proceed to the service desk where a service manager will assist
you.

What are the after hours drop off procedures?
When dropping off your vehicle after hours, please park your vehicle in the lot at the rear of the building, fill
out a drop off envelope located in the white box next to the service door, place the keys for the vehicle you are dropping
off in the envelope, and slide the envelope through the mail slot in the service door.
Where can I get a rental car?
We recommend Enterprise
rent-a-car. They will pick you up at Spitfire when you bring you car in for service and return you to Spitfire when
you vehicle is ready. They also provide discounted rates for Spitfire customers. You can reach them at 708-923-6700.
Can I get a ride after I drop off my vehicle?
In
most cases, we can drop you off at home or work when you bring your car in for service. We can also pick you up
and bring you back to Spitfire when the repairs are completed on your vehicle.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
Spitfire
gladly accepts cash, personal checks with proper identification, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
